It would be great if we could all make vegetables the largest part of our diet. O how healthy we could be! Foods like zucchini pasta really help with that.
It took about 5 minutes to make a huge bowl of zucchini pasta with my (inexpensive) handy dandy zucchini spaghetti maker!

Whew!!!!!! You can cook italian style with onion, garlic, tomato sauce and Italian spices, or asian style…..whatever floats your boat! Always chew well and Enjoy!
Do you boil or steam or eat raw?
You can eat it raw if you like, I prefer to cook it with onions and mushrooms and speghetti sauce for about 10 minutes so I can reheat it and it
won’t get mushy. I’ve done a meat sauce and I’ve used pesto. My family loves it!

The spaghetti I have recipes for are made of zucchini squash. I have the machine in my “shop” section. It’s on page 3 of groceries. It is a hand cranked machine that cuts vegetables in different shapes. I find it very useful and fun.

I tried this recipe Italian style and it was amazing! I was not sure at first because I thought the zucchini would turn to mush, but it stayed solid like pasta and I felt surprisingly good after eating it. Usually after eating oats II feel sluggish, but after the zucchini I felt energize. Thanks again!
