Hi Joy,
This recipe looks delicious and appetizing! Where (in Brooklyn) can I buy the almond flour and Himalayan salt?
Thanks for the inspiration!
Hey Viv, omni health has both! Enjoy!
I just made banana paleo muffins with Eli! We are eating them now. Yum!
That’s my almost 3 year old grandson, who loves the muffins! Yay! A special cheer for you Renee, his awesome mom who makes them! love you both!!
This looks delicious! I am definitely going to try it! Can you tell those of us who’re on the low-carb approach about how many a carbs a slice of this yummy number will be? I’m looking forward to getting these kind of recipes from you! Go, Joy!!
I am not big on numbers, but each banana is approx 15 net carbs. There are 3 bananas per recipe. The almond flour has 6 grams per 1/4 cup. There are 2 cups per recipe. The one tablespoon of maple syrup has 13 grams of carbs. Everything else is fat and protein. Hope that helps 🙂
This is the most delicious guilt free snack! I could eat the whole loaf myself. I can’t wait to try another recipe. Keep them coming!
Amounts count!!! Don’t be eatin’ a whole loaf…yikes!
Can’t wait to try this!
